5/1//11: Asparagus & Goat Cheese Souffle

I've never made a souffle. Tonight was the night. After an incredible day in the garden I took on an ambitious dish from my most recent Food Network magazine. I was really excited to make it and then halfway through the cooking process I screwed it up a bit. BUT, I overcame the crazy mix up AND produced a phenomenal dish (not trying to sound like I'm the %&*# or anything...). It was really good and I was surprised at how it turned out. (making sure to enjoy a Southern Tier Jah*vah Imperial Coffee Stout while cooking)
