Monday night we made the easiest dinner...and it tasted great. It took no more than 30 minutes to whip together, and most of it was hands off. We cut up some portabellos and roasted in the oven with olive oil on 375 for about 20 minutes. I mixed some goat cheese with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and thyme. Then we toasted up some bread (typically we opt for our healthy Natural Ovens Bakery bread, but we had some unhealthy country style white bread left over from our Bread Pudding...so we had that). Throw on a few spinach leaves and here you go....Thanks Clean Eating Magazine for another great recipe.
34 weeks...going on 35! (weird shadow makes my hair look big on top... but doesn't offset the belly growth...haha. Mom does need a haircut though.) 31 weeks 23 weeks 20 weeks 17.5 weeks 13 weeks We've had our last baby shower . I think we have just about everything we are supposed to need for this kid.
